When will my order ship?

Once your order is complete , shipping will take 3-4 business days via USPS. All info and more will be given to you in your confirmation email. If it's past that time frame, Please contact us via email at info@hourglassluxe.com

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! we ship international, world-wide.  

When will I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order has been dropped off at the post office. You'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I wear an HourGlass body garment/faja if I haven't had surgery and don't plan to?

Yes! Our fajas are both surgical and Non-Surgical. You can definitely  still use are garments and see great results.
